魁北克省警警告最近Montérégie地区出现一个针对司机的新诈骗方式。
警方解释了这个诈骗：嫌疑人会假装汽车出了问题，把车停在路边或高速出口，当有人停下来帮忙时，嫌疑人会说汽车没油，希望用“珠宝”换钱，目前已经有多名受害人被骗。 这些案件发生在Saint-Simon, La Présentation, Saint-Hyacinthe, Saint-Liboire, Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, Hudson和L'Île-Perrot地区。 有此案相关线索或被骗的人都可以致电警方：1 800 659-4264或1 800 711-1800。
