现在中年了，老的老，小的小，一家老弱病残，男女老少，都占全了，对此颇有感触......

无奈...我需要这种服务（普通老百姓，请不起保姆在家里照顾老人）

I work for CLSC home care team, you could go to your local CLSC and request the service from home care team, now it is called SAPA programme. Usually, there are some healthy professionals could help your situation. From my knowledge, if they are medically stable enough, the CLSC could provide some services to help you stay at home as long as possible and this is according to an evaluation from some professionals, ex: T.S.
