a Statement of Income, with the amount reported in Canadian dollars, for the period in 2003 when you were not a resident of Canada

这个东东怎么搞啊，没有就不给退税了好像，大侠们帮忙！！！

I think you only need write a letter to them stating how much is your income in China in that period. Then they will inform you of the result. Last year, I received the same letter from them. I just wrote the above letter to them, then anything is OK.
