· Perform financial analysis andreporting.

· Perform month-end accounting activitiessuch as reconciliations and General Ledger Journal entries.

· Correspondence to any enquires which isfrom government and bank regarding to financing, accounting and Tax.

· Prepare internal financial statementtimely according to bank loan reporting requirement.

· Analyze financial discrepancies andrecommend effective resolutions.

· Monitor expenditures, analyze revenuesand determine budget variances and report the same to management.

· Respond to accounting inquiries frommanagement in a timely fashion.

· Budget preparation and expensemanagement activities for assigned accounts.

· Assist in auditing activities byproviding necessary information and preparing requested documentations.

· Monitor and record financialtransactions according to company policies and regulations, Provide guidance toAR, AP, Payroll and other accountant/bookkeeper when needed.

· Review and recommend changes to existingaccounting procedures.

· Evaluate computerized accounting systemsand provide recommendations to IT team for performance improvements.
