按分钟收费的电话SIM卡，请问哪家比较好，求推荐

calling card 通话效果不是太好,特别是周末, 而且掉钱, 刮卡时说的分钟数从来没足过.

dianhuachina 效果还可以, 价格rebtel贵一些.

楼主问的应该是手机的Pre-Pay 卡，而不是打中国长途的电话卡。

cell phone prepaid card:
1.  PC prepaid, anytime plan -  min. $100/year, $0.20/min, $0.15/int'l SMS, no 911 fee.  http://www.pcmobile.ca/prepaid_plans_features.jsp

2.  Telus prepaid - min. $100/year, with ~$5/month SMS addon, then $0.15/min. (this combination is a bit tricky to figure) not sure 911$

3.  Rogers  prepaid - special package $120/year, includes 50 daytime min./year ,then $0.50/min, BUT unlimited 18-7:00. Not sure 911$ http://www.rogers.com/web/conten ... ons_monthlydiscount

4.  7-11 speakout - min. $25/year, $0.25/min., 911 $1.25/mth, BUT u can only buy SIM in Ontario or other provinces except Quebec.

Registered, paid $5, but did not get $10. Discussed with CS . . . . . I asked them to reverse my order and cancel account.
