标题: 超速扣10分，罚款800，想找告票专家，求教大家 [打印本页]

标题: 超速扣10分，罚款800，想找告票专家，求教大家
大半夜在15号在施工区50限速，警察说我开到了100给 pull over。罚款800，扣10分。自己觉得4车道那么宽，大半夜一个车都没有。就是开快点也没有危险。现在调查就是驾照每年要涨价100，一直要涨2年。保险这块就不知道会涨多少，不知道保险公司是否会查我的 driving record。问了saaq说我的driving record 只有我自己可以要到，保险公司如果要调查必须找我提供。如果我的保险自动renew是否他们就不会查我了？如果这样我就可以不去找告票专家。告票专家比如ticket911.ca 告诉我我的保险会有大麻烦，必须找他们。先交650，他们去谈判，然后如果谈判不成功再交500-1500他们找律师上庭。我感觉如果保险没事，给他们那么多钱一点都不划算。

在这里问问大家是否有找告票专家的经历，或者自己上庭的经历，我去谈判也可以达到效果吗？

还有就是保险公司他们知道我的超速记录吗？会涨保险吗？

还有一个问题就是我的罚单是省警开的，交罚款地址竟然是 quebec 城的法院。如果开庭我要跑到quebec 城区打官司？

找什么告票专家，自己上庭，就算输了，也没多大事儿，万一赢了呢

万一输了就怕保险 10分是很严重的问题，要记录10年。怕我的保险一直涨10年。。。。

别听所谓的告票专家忽悠，一不是犯罪记录，二不是车祸，保险没什么影响。你倒是要注意路牌和遵守规则。
驾照费会涨120多，涨两年。

保险真的没有影响吗？每年renew的时候不会查我的 driving record吗？

恩恩，本人的确开的比较快。15号晚上没车都开100. 这次警察钓鱼执法，就在4车道变2车道的入口查。真正到2车道的时候我速度已经降下来了。

过度超速的记录会保留10年，但点数只会保留两年，只是两年涨驾照费。

2年的驾照费我问了saaq，要涨100块钱。我的车保险害怕会翻倍，现在800，变成1600每年。而且不知道要涨多少年。

没有其它的事情保费不会因此而涨。

帮你问了做保险的朋友，你应该自动告诉保险公司。保费肯定要涨。因为saq有记录了。

我问了saaq 保险公司没法查除非他们要我授权，当然按你说的我有义务主动告诉保险公司。。。但是谁真会报那？
谢谢你了！我也问了保险的朋友，他们可以查我driving记录是要钱的，没事不会查。除非我买了新车，或者换保险。

他们可以查个大概，但是具体细节还是要我授权来查。

据我所知在这里购买房，车，人的保险全是自己给出各种他们需要的所有真实的信息。他们是相信的。但是一旦需要大的赔偿时，他们会一条一条的寻找不赔或少赔的理由的。以前见过有这方面的报道。供你参考。

but if u fight it, the police could be no show then dismiss. 0

Ask trail date first, and disclosure (how they have u speed, need enough evidence),
you need a translater. remember go on time for the trail date, hope it is same city you live.

the insurance company will have all infomation from anywhere as they have a lots of money to do this,
but if your insurance company ask you...if you have any speed ticket.. how u answer for this,
if you lie to them.....!?

You need fight for the ticket or just pay for all 6 years on your diving history, the saaq will not give any information to insurance company but the insurance company will have own system got all your information from police system!

the court will kown you have a speeding ticket paid and then post you info. to police which you paid.
the saaq will never give any driving record to insurance,
the insurance company have own system can check with with police database!?

保险公司很在意speeding的违章，保险公司能查大概就知道你有过超速的记录，那就够了。Ticket911的人说的有忽悠的成分。

他们就是大概查也要通过一个途径吧。什么途径那？肯定不是免费的。不知道几年会查一次

一般直接renew的信寄来后，你就直接交钱就行了，不会加倍的，这不算欺骗，超速记录保持10年，而扣点纪录就2年，

我还是打算上庭争取一下不管是自己还是找代理。这个10年的记录挺不好的。如果我买新车，换保险公司可能都会影响

那就争取吧，但胜诉但可能性不大，毕竟人家是有证据的，但可能会减掉一些。

4年前在美国弯道转弯车速过快，扣过分，吃过罚单。只是驾照钱涨了，我也没通知保险公司，保险没有影响。

你扣了几分，如果扣的少，保险是不会涨的。

翻到以前的一个回帖，非常抱歉，发现我当时的回复完全是错的。扣分违章会涨保费，受保人每年要主动地向保险公司汇报违章情况，保险公司会根据违章的种类调整保费。像这种严重超速的违章保费会涨很多。一般保险公司会计算三年内的违章情况，受保人不可隐瞒。
