Ourcompany has several buildings. We recruit one person as Property Manager. Theemployee can have company insurance after three-month trial period.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare the rental contract, rent Roll
• Collect rent
• Reply tenant`s requests
• Building maintenance and repair
• Organize the renovation
• Communicate with Régie du Logement

Requirements:

2 E0 j8 H' ]" d& N* h, S, g! f: S

• Experience in property management
• Ability to write lease documents and check tenant`scredibility
• Ability to resolve tenant’sissue
• Well know Régie du Logement `s procedure
• Be good at hand work
• Good timing and priority management
• Driving license valid
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
• Speak French and English, Mandarin (Asset)
