The ideal candidate will have a solid experience in 3PLenvironment;

Coordinate all aspects of shipment process, including booking, manifest, Bills of Lading and billing.* q4 ]1 b$ W' l# a% G4 l
Review all shipment documentation to confirm accuracy and perform data input to open file " e4 P" I: [; o4 \% [* C6 t
Ensure all client special instructions are followed $ j2 O# k: m. I8 l( a
Assist other team members as needed to ensure timely completion of work 6 n4 O7 h( k6 k
Maintain effective relationship with clients and answer general inquiries regarding shipment status 9 p5 ]& `( H8 _0 T- v
Tracking status with truckers & ocean and air carriers and keeping clients/agents advised of status: a! c- z' e+ ]7 d! {; E
Ensure shipments are released in a timely manner by communicating with customs brokers and cargo is delivered in a timely manner. 2 r* @0 t9 h1 @4 n. a3 {
Follow up on client’s reports1 W( t- e9 G& Q5 A! `. U
Perform billing function including preparing client invoice and all required support documents' V* r, k/ l: [' ^' q2 ~3 `
