诚恳咨询：帮国内亲戚咨询各位过来人，以旅游签过来的大龄申请人转学签具体是申请哪一所学校什么样的offer，具体语言学习的申请又是哪一所学校？也可以私聊，对有价值的信息，愿意奉上微薄之礼以表寸心。不胜感激。

Why not directly apply for language classes/program in University/school boards, then apply study permit directly? Simple and straight forward.

花钱都未必找到好的中国人坑中国人没商量

U r welcome! I believe both followings are:- just pay $, they issue u acceptance letter for study permit(or pay after):

(please double check McGill, I don't have enough time to read and check if it is the appropriate program)

CEGEP - . . . . ? google

HIGH SCHOOL - CAREER or LANGUAGE programs:

EMSB - please google (There is somebody ~Cindy (Chinese person) who is responsible for international study)
