Responsibilities:

Ensure orders are processed and shipped as per customer specification and within specific timelines
Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures and risk control
Inventory management including inventory counting and data entry, verify if inventory levels are reported accurately
Resolution of stock discrepancies with sales and purchasing departments and quality control of products
Customer relations such as order follow-up, problem resolution and answering emails
Post delivery services including handling of repairs, returns and exchanges and monitor the warehouse's response time
Creation and analysis of various inventory and product reports, order forecasting
Performance of other related tasks assigned by management.4 |) |( [: e! O6 x! g9 i' ^

Qualifications:

College diploma in operations management or equivalent combination of experience
Experience in inventory & warehouse management is a must
Strong ability to manage priorities, attention to details and good organization skills under minimal supervision
A multitasker able to work under pressure in an ever-changing environment
A strong team player with strong interpersonal, and customer service skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
Mastery of Microsoft Office suite, Excel in particular
Experience with ERP an asset& u5 N, B" U. \/ z1 g
