Job Description
To utilise your great sales skills and interpersonal skills in order to convert potential inbound calls and emails into Altima’s new loyal clients by:
- Providing a top notch service through great listening skills, and communication.
- Discovering the customer’s needs through great discovery skills.
- Effectively matching the right product to satisfy the clients' need.
- Close sales
- Follow up with placing orders when required.

Skills/Qualifications:
- Education: Secondary or GED or higher.
- Sales or customer service experience in a call center is an asset.
- Engaging personality mastering the ability to make connections with people over the phone.
- Excellent communication and understanding of the buying motivators/ techniques.
- Ability to multi-task, and think on your feet to adapt to client’s needs.
- Ability to work in a computerized, fast, and dynamic paced environment.
- *English, French spoken and written required*, other languages are an asset.
