Company introduction:
We are looking for a proactive andanalytical System Administrator to take response for performing ofvarious hardware of windows servers, desktop, laptop, printer server,networking operation and various OS and software of windows, Microsoft office, MicrosoftDynamics GP, SalsPad, Acomba, Veeam backup, VMware, SQL database and web designand management programs. This position requires excellent technical skills to supportstaff directly in local office and remote office work environments.

Responsibilities:

- Setting up, Maintaining and troubleshooting windows, VMware, antivirus, backup and printer servers, desktop, handhelds, laptop and Mobile Phones both hardware and software using IT skills and problem-solving ability day-to-day
- Managing, updating and problem resolving windows operating system, MS office, outlook, Foxmail email, Acomba, Microsoft Dynamics GP and SalsPad accounting software
- Managing SQL, ODBC and Access database
- Managing the performance of the corporate network and computer systems for local and remote offices with remote desktop connection, VPN and TeamViewer.
- Performing backup and recovery Operating System, database driver and files
- Monitoring networking stability, security and maintenance of existing networking system
- Trouble shooting Acomba, Microsoft GP, Salespad for all workstations and server daily
- Modifying and maintaining company multiple web sites and cloud sites
- Managing PBC IP phone system including operating system, CISCO and mobile Phones
- Maintaining camera and security alarming system,
- Be one of administrators it may work overtime occasional when it is needed

* q. M" j" h5 }+ S& K- 3 - 5 years of Computer System Administrator/IT working experience
- Excellent knowledge and skills of Windows Server, Active directory and Group Policy
- Excellent knowledge and experiences of computer hardware (servers, datacenter, workstations and firewall, router, switch and printers), Windows and Linux (Asset) operating system platforms and software (windows, office365, Photoshop, AutoCAD) setup, maintain and troubleshoot locally and remotely
- Strong knowledge and skills of LAN, WAN and VPN Networking system maintaining, supporting and problem resolving
- Good knowledge and skills of VMware (Servers and workstations)
- Good knowledge of database, necessary in MS SQL, ODBC and Access. Oracle (Asset)
- Good knowledge of Acomba, Microsoft Dynamics GP and SalsPad accounting system
- Good knowledge and manage skill of virus, spyware and malware protecting and problem resolving
- Good knowledge and skills of web design (WordPress and PHP) and site maintaining,
- Good knowledge of security and camera system management
- Good knowledge and skills of Veeam backup setup and restore management
- Knowledge of PBC IP phone system setup, maintain and trouble shoot include server, CISCO VoIP phones and Mobile Phones
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task planning and managing stress
- Highly self-motivated and self-directed
- Quick leaner, corporate and able to work under pressure
