想学美容美发，part-time的，晚上或周末都可以，有大侠知道哪里可以找到吗？

Believe schools consider these as 2 separate programs.  

High School programs - Almost free for immigrants/citizens, but programs last a long time.

English : Hairdressing/Aesthetics(cosmetic?)
French:  Coiffure/ (cosméticienne-conseil?)

There are ~Hair Salons specializing in teaching hairdressing, not sure about cosmetic, shorter programs but charge a lot of $.  Google these yourself.  I don't know key word to use.
