标题: We are hiring: Rental Property Management / Travel Booking Management

We recruit one person to deal with Rental Property Management (for example, Airbnb) and Travel Booking Management (for example, air tickets). The employee is also responsible of other related order follow up key-in job. The employee can have company insurance after probation.

Responsibilities:

Prepare the rental contract, rent Roll

Collect rent

Reply tenant`s requests

Building maintenance and repair

Organize the renovation

Communicate with relevant departments if necessary

Book hotel and train / air tickets

Coordinate with the other department

Other related tasks

Requirements:

Experience in property management / travel agency

Ability to write lease documents and check tenant`s credibility

Ability to resolve tenant’s issue

Well know Airbnb rental procedure

Strong Attention to details

The individual must also exhibit an ability to work in an environment with changing priorities

Be an effective communicator

Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing

Good timing and priority management

Driving license valid

Speak French and English, Mandarin (Asset)
