We are currently seeking an HR Assistant. Under the supervision of the Director of Human Resources, the assistant will have to deal with the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
; p: I% v4 g3 q* Set up and organize / maintain employee files and the HR filing system 5 X5 A% I# S/ G2 v
* Carry out the recruitment process (for example, write and post offers on websites, screen curriculum vitae, telephone interviews, planning and coordinating relations between potential candidates and the District Manager, reference calls, pre-employment background verifications, employment contracts,benefit details, tax forms and other pertinentinformation, etc)
5 V! D. C: e5 F4 y5 R- Y" g- J9 w* Assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office
9 O3 O7 m* [2 [* Ability to perform a variety of duties of moderate complexity
% j* L0 O# {7 N3 i0 U* Be responsible for clerical duties related to the Human Resources department including organizing and maintaining key processes for new employees, filing, mail outs andother tasks as required
3 L. p; N8 n2 Y/ v7 f# |* Assist in the input, maintenance and organization of all employee files and information data, and in the creation of HRMS modules & _- b8 m. n! u( W
* Assist in the distribution, organization, filing and mailing of vacation and benefit information : y6 [% v8 q0 s) C* T/ ~
* Liaise daily with the Human Resources team to assess and respond to administrative support requirements , Q |; x/ G4 z5 w$ v; r
* Other duties as assigned( R P3 P5 O. D$ @; R) E
! l/ ^/ k% [7 q) Q. w' g& N% d5 S8 ]

Qualifications:5 Y$ Z) D+ D, G/ u$ a$ T4 D
, W) H& ~3 [3 V' M2 W) r• Certificate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Industrial Relations or a similar field.
; {) k; H8 e3 a7 T! x9 N• 1-2 years of experience in a similar position within Human Resources Department (payroll and benefit experience, experience in the assistance of administering policies, etc).
2 n, ~) d R0 K7 m2 ^• Clear communication skills in English and French and the ability to interact with candidates, managers, employees and company executives is required.
* _( t' F2 ^) L! n# D• Mandarin is an asset.1 I+ X9 q4 C2 F$ b; [ s* k r
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality, excellent organizational skills, and ability to generate reports and statistics. 5 ]+ w$ t0 d/ O/ v0 l! l
• Knowledge in the following system/software -ERP, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. 1 [* q0 ~! A* ], j \( g
• Team player with strong multi-tasking skills.
