The ideal candidate will have a solid experience in 3PLenvironment;

Coordinate all aspects of shipment process, including booking, manifest, Bills of Lading and billing. % y( O5 U+ P# o a
Review all shipment documentation to confirm accuracy and perform data input to open file * ]. Z$ z. J8 S# m
Ensure all client special instructions are followed ; b4 \1 V, R9 e, k+ N4 g
Assist other team members as needed to ensure timely completion of work4 ?4 a) N& C( x f* ^
Maintain effective relationship with clients and answer general inquiries regarding shipment status# l \) l7 }" X1 P1 m) f) I5 L
Tracking status with truckers & ocean and air carriers and keeping clients/agents advised of status# u( `( b/ y2 L: o
Ensure shipments are released in a timely manner by communicating with customs brokers and cargo is delivered in a timely manner. ! P9 e! }/ W8 I+ c& Q! P: K
Follow up on client’s reports $ l- X( x4 W& `. G& k
Perform billing function including preparing client invoice and all required support documents " W+ M( Z4 ~* b* z9 P% u
Maintain customer profiles , Z; l, [: V3 t5 u- X

Minimum 3 years related experience;- {+ x3 ]: b* G
Experience handling Ocean and Air shipments and asset5 _% _2 |, @" I0 D
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written)3 ^2 e0 d9 n5 }$ ^" O V& S
Strong customer service skills. L! l' j1 V2 d. X9 c# Z
