We're looking for an administration assistant for our company at World Summit Ai Americas 2019. As an administration assistant, you will participate in reception of conference guests, take photos and videos of our company representatives and VIPs, and manage to solve all possible incidents that come along with.

Time, location, and pay
• 10-11 April, 2019, 8AM-5PM at St James Theatre (265 Saint-Jacques Street, Montréal Quebec, Canada)
• $160 Canadian dollars per day

Responsibilities
• Work as an administrative assistant for Squirrel AI Learning at World Summit AI Americas 2019
• Show hospitality in reception of conference guests
• Take photos and videos of our company representatives and VIPs
• Manage to solve all possible incidents that come along with

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Fluent in English speaking and listening
• Fluent in Chinese speaking and listening (a plus)
• Related experiences (a plus)
