The Saturday afternoon when cherry blossomes,

Cherish the mood and feelings of the lovers.

The warm sunshine warmth the restaurant.

And the wind chill in mid-April slightly blows on their faces.

The filled lunch room enchanted with quiet chats.

Sally was quiet eating.

Ask she suddenly my most importance.

Answered I immediate with smile,

“freedom,” without further thoughts.

Maybe she wants me to say “her”,

maybe I wasn’t aware.

Choice was spoken out.

Choose the way will alter the way, I believe.

Sally was still silent.

My feeling for her flowed.

All I wanted to say is “her” now,

For that I love her so much.

The waiter brought the salad.

I picked it and brought to her,

Saying with guilt, “salad, Sally.”

Smiled she back to me and picked up the plate.

My heart says, “choose Sally.”

Without conversing much,

I picked up her hand after leaving the restraunt.

The afternoon is still cherished with blossoming cherry.

The warm sunshine warmth me and her.

The wind chill still slightly blows on our faces.

Sally,

the girl I chose,

smiled on our way back home.

That day, I chose Sally.
