去免费的游泳池一般不需要什么手续，带上自己的泳具只管进去游就是。但是有些免费泳池需要办理一个什么卡，建议你先打电话问一下。注意：泳池的开放时间，有时候可能是儿童专场，成人不能进去游。各泳池都有自己开放的时间表。
前面列的免费泳池一般都是室内的，都适合冬天游泳。

我也住在Verdun,昨天去办了Access卡，拿到一本小册子，写了我们附近社区提供的一些活动设施和组织。其中提到在#75，Rheaume的ECOLE SECONDAIRE MGR RICHARD（Tel:765-7664)有免费游泳。成人免费时间为周一至周五9:00pm-10:00pm，周末无，（要有Access卡才可免费，否则$1/次)。还没去过，不知环境如何，准备这两天去游。FYI。

There are swimming pools in Laslle and　charlevoix. The laslle swimming pool is locatesd at a big park, facing Canada Tire and near Maxi. It is open at night from 9:00pm - 10:00pm weekdays.

另: 下面提到的Lasalle Maxi附近的游泳池从11月29日到明年1月5日关闭放冬假,听说De Leglise地铁站附近还有一家免费的,不放假,不知哪位仁兄知道地址或怎么走?谢了.

忘了说了,Access Card是享用社区服务的一种活动卡,凭它可以免费参加所在社区活动场所的活动(有些活动可能收很低的费用),图书馆,借用活动场所什么的.

俺在Place-Saint-Henry试验跳了几次水，发现远不如当地小孩自如，总受耻笑。今晚偌大一个游泳池只有我一个人，猛跳一阵，两个救生鬼妹看到俺试着BACK DIVING时，大笑不已，不时地叫喊"once again". 俺猜是她们想欣赏俺背跃跳水的滑稽样儿。

小弟想学学跳水，哪里有教练？那位说西岛有中国高台跳水教练，能否告诉我详情？

此外，除Place-Saint-Henry和PLAmandon这两个地铁站有游泳池外，还有其他地铁站旁边有？特别是早上7点和周日能开放的？求各位大虾告之！！！不胜感激！！！！

LaSalle地铁站附近属于Sud-Ouest区，你应该在前面的表里找列在Sud-Ouest下面的几个游泳池。建议你使用Yahoo地图： http://maps.yahoo.com ，输入游泳池的街道地址，查看它们的具体位置。

表上列的游泳池都是免费的。
