Beyond CloudAdvisors Inc. (Conseillers Infonuagique Beyond Inc.) is a rapidly growingaccounting firm in Montreal. Our company is currently seeking for adetail-oriented bookkeeper to handle client bookkeeping requests in thefull-cycle accounting.

Thetasks include but not limited to:

1. Monthly and annual bookkeeping services using Simply Accounting

2. Prepare bank reconciliation

3. Prepare government reports, such as remittances (GST/QST)

4. Posting transactions to relevantaccounts, preparing adjusting entries and closing prior year statements using SimplyAccounting

5. Assistance in the preparation of corporatetax returns

6. Other related tasks

Qualification:

Candidatemust have the following qualifications:

1. DEP in Accounting or other related degree

2. Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience

3. Advanced computer knowledge, including Excel

4. Familiar with Simply accounting, knowledge of other accounting software isan asset

5. Fluent in English (written and spoken), basic French

WorkEnvironment:

Theregular work schedule is 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday.

90% ofthe time work from home.
