Role Summary

Internal--

The Production Coordinator works very closely with the salesteam or Buyer and design/ packaging team, to source new products, help to buildthe line with consideration of cost and quality.

External--

The Production Coordinator works very closely with the overseavendor, to follow up production detail A to Z and monitor orders ship out ontime in good quality.

The daily task

Respond to all emails in a timely manner.

Prepare quote sheets.

Work with Sales or Buyers for approvals samples.

Issue purchase orders and monitor the status of all orders toensure that all customer orders A to Z are processed effectively and follow-upsare done in a timely manner.

Sort through, organize and send out samples.

Responsible for solving different problems related to price,delivery and quality.

Requirements

Work experience 3-5 years in the fashion industry.

Ability to foresee and troubleshoot problems.

Strong negotiation skills.

Excellent communicate skills; communicate effectively acrossteams and vendors.

Optimistic and motivated team player.

Well organized and detail oriented.

Knowledge of the Microsoft office suite, such as Outlook,Word, Excel.

Excellent written and spoken communication in English, Mandarinis an asset.
