Proper follow-up on shipments and communicate with all parties by phone / email + M2 T( @2 W$ NProvide assistance when needed to improve products and services* i! E# D3 `. h8 h! ], `2 c

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:: x `$ D3 J5 L0 K5 E k K& q3 T
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Emails essential (Outlook)( f$ n6 t( s! L. M' p
Knowledge of international freight forwarding, import industry and regulations is an asset $ s( m1 A4 ]2 J+ l, WBilingual (French and English, Chinese considered an asset) 1 U! e4 S9 g ^2 sStrong communication skills / customer service skills and good team player * s* j- B; E" @4 C7 u1 M" \Punctual with self time management and ability to set priorities / organize workload assigned Ability to work in a dynamic and fast pace environment" y) }! u; Z2 T- u
