位于Saint Laurent工业园的科技数据服务中心，现组建团队，招聘监控人员若干名，薪资面议，三个月试用期。

工作类型为全职（每周40小时，或有加班薪资），有时需轮夜班。6 y6 o% M7 b4 V4 a& J; I, S

工作职责如下：
) F1 q' K1 S3 b, Z& r1 b5 F* \1 X' W r6 q$ V, }6 o/ |
- Remote monitoring, managing, and maintaining data center operations. Ensure proper running of the existing data center systems.
- Troubleshoot and report system incidents/problems and abnormalities.
- Resolve incidents related to routine problems or known issues. Perform first-level troubleshooting and resolution based on the predefined troubleshooting guide provided.
- Proactively monitor the data center systems' uptime, proactively ensure system availability to prevent downtime and coordinate problem resolution with the vendor or tech support groups.
- Perform Alert Monitoring triggered from the monitoring system (mode of notification: Audio, SMS, email).
- Log and submit daily reports.. T G: p2 B n( b5 U8 J* `

Requirements:
- Associate degree in information technology, computer science, or systems analysis, or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow specified policies and procedures
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
- Ability to collaborate and partner with teams to overcome challenges

The role has standard working conditions in an office type of environment with a rotational shift schedule to support 24/7 operations. Able to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
