Full-Time Bookkeeper Needed

JobDescription:

Beyond CloudAdvisors Inc. (Conseillers Infonuagique Beyond Inc.) is a rapidly growing accounting firm in Montreal. Our company is currently seeking for a detail-oriented bookkeeper to handle client bookkeeping requests in the full-cycle accounting.

The tasks include but not limited to:

1. Monthly and annual bookkeeping services using Sage/Quickbook

2. Prepare bank reconciliation

3. Prepare government reports, such as remittances (GST/QST)

4. Posting transactions to relevant accounts, preparing adjusting entries and closing prior year statements

5. Assistance in the preparation of corporatetax returns

6. Other related tasks

Qualification:

Candidatemust have the following qualifications:

1. DEP in Accounting or other related degree

2. Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience

3. Advanced computer knowledge, including Excel

4. Familiar with Simply accounting, knowledge of other accounting software is an asset

5. Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)

WorkEnvironment:

The regular work schedule is 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday.

At least 3 days work in the office out of a week.
