工作职责：

• 为客户订制适合客户自身的家庭理财保障规划；
• 为客户提供全面的财务和税务规划服务；
• 协助客户申请各种政府福利，并提供省税延税策略；
• 管理客户的投资理财账户，包括账户的开设和后续管理。

要求：

• 考取魁北克AMF颁发的保险理财牌照，公司可以为新人提供考牌辅导。
• 普通话或者广东话流利; 基础的英语或者法语水平（可以通过牌照考试）
• 热爱销售行业，喜欢竞争有挑战的工作。
• 有高度同理心，乐于助人，喜欢交朋友且善于沟通和解决问题。
• 有意愿打破舒适圈，创造财富。
• 持有PR或者公民。

```Duties:```

- Provide financial advice and guidance to clients based on their financial goals and objectives
1 A5 V) c0 p! ~9 \: _- Assess clients' financial situations by gathering information about their income, assets, debts, and expenses
& V/ V- V4 Y  t) i- Develop personalized financial plans for clients, taking into account their risk tolerance, time horizon, and investment preferences
1 R/ O# Y% {7 F) b* |' L% A, w- Recommend appropriate investment strategies and products to help clients achieve their financial goals
- Monitor and review clients' investment portfolios on an ongoing basis, making adjustments as needed
$ Z6 \; a, {8 P) b% y; ]) G8 ^- Stay up-to-date on market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact clients' investments
' E9 d+ q" {- W! F- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings
5 X3 `4 g3 A+ _* S  s- Collaborate with other professionals, such as tax advisors and estate planners, to provide comprehensive financial planning services

```Requirements:```

• Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese; basic proficiency in English or French.
• Passion for the sales industry, enjoys competitive and challenging work.
• Highly empathetic, eager to help others, enjoys making friends, and skilled in communication and problem-solving.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
