MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Track and trace Sea and trucking shipments and with timely follow up withoverseas partners and all related parties
Multi-task and coordinateall aspects of shipment process, including booking, manifest, Bills of Lading,deliveries and billing.
Proper follow-up on shipments and communicate with all parties by phone / email
Provide assistance when needed to improve products and services

Qualifications

Analytical Skills, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain Management skills
Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience with shipping, logistics software, microsoft office and outlook
Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs processes
Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
Certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus

Assets:
CIFFA training certificate.
Extended language skills (Chinese / verbal and written).
