normally, if you live in downtown, you can park you car at the basement parking lot of the building where you live. The average monthly cost is around70-80$ depending on the building. If I were you, I will buy a permit of the area ( I guess it is 52) and then park the car in the designated area beside the road. The annual cost is around 50$, which I think is a good idea. Otherwise, you need to find the free parking spot accoding to the parking instructions.
