Start your fax and open the Send dialog.
How to …
2 Address the fax. Do one of the following:
Type the recipient information In the To and Number fields, type the recipient's name and fax number.
Select a recipient from a phonebook Click the phonebook containing the recipient and then click the appropriate recipient.
Select a predefined group from a phonebook Click the phonebook containing the group and then click the appropriate group. (Group records appear bolded.)
3 Click Add To List. The recipient appears in the Recipient List.
4 Repeat steps 2 and 3 until you have all selected all the recipients you want to sent this fax to.
5 Select a cover page to include with the fax (optional).
6 Select files to include with the fax (optional).
7 Click Send. WinFax begins processing the fax.

For help on a setting in the Send dialog, click What's This? on the Help menu and click the setting.
