标题: 请教:新疆Lamb w/ super big Bagel (bread)
Although most likely I will never get to do this big dish , I am still curious to know how to make it.  I made Jewish bagel and want to find out the difference between the 2.  The plate was may be 18" large, with a super huge bagel in it (big ring shaped bread with sesame seeds).  I think there were lots of thin small pieces of lamb (not sure), but there should have been some juice in the plate for dipping the bread.  Thanks in advance!

(Wudi:  I couldn't find the 新疆 big plate of Chicken that u mentioned , I did search the BBS.)

新疆有名气的就是烤羊了。还有手抓羊肉饭,大盘鸡,馕(就是你说的那个大bagel),好吃的很。

那个馕咱们自己没办法做。没有大火炉子。以前帖子里有个新疆的朋友说会做。后来不知道跑哪里去了。
