这里的肉馅是用冻肉或冻肉和鲜肉混合制成的,本地人都是买了当天就吃掉,最多留到第二天,如果不是,一定要冻起来。一般在包装上有一个标签用很小的字写着“可以再冷冻一次”。
以我的经验放到第三天的肉馅一定有味了,尤其是牛肉馅。

炒菜用鸡腿,不推荐鸡胸脯(肉质不够嫩)
肉放到冰箱冷冻室稍稍冷冻一下,切丝切片较为容易。我觉得吧,切丝切片不太难,难的是把鸡啊鸭啊什么的斩成大块

冰箱是很容易细菌繁殖的地方了,要主意。冷冻起来的时候要主意保护好水分,不然肉回风干的。

Good point that everyone should know! Furthermore, nutrients deteriate overtime when frozen.
We use kitchen sicors, good quality ones. Havn't 斩 for over 5 years, just go clip clip, great and safe for elderly too. I don't know the price, but expensive.

下次聚会的主题
最好是个特会吃的, 通常会吃的都是厨中高手, 这样who_knows很快便可退居二线;能吃的就比较麻烦,先要提高其吃的段数,继而要做好传帮带,然后才能让贤,很辛苦地说;若是个外国友人, 任务愈发艰巨, 退居二线之日遥遥无期
