F: x* B9 P& T; O; d. zBuddy, you're NOT entitled to be covered by the medicare if you don't live here.We, the Quebec taxpayers, are footing the bill for the universal medicare system which is under tremendous stress.This province has already taxed on almost everything under the sun to support the social security net in place. What do you expect realisticly? Receive every refund possible from the Canadian/Quebec government while living overseas without contributing a penny ???
