Returns and exchanges on any gift purchases made between November 5th and December 27th will now be accepted until January 10th, 2005. This is over and above the everyday return policy of 30 days on most products; Computers, Monitors, Direct To You Custom Built Computers, Printers, Notebook Computers, Camcorders, Digital Cameras, Radar Detectors, Portable DVD Players and Air Conditioners can be returned or exchanged up to 14 days after you receive your order.
Due to the anticipated high volume on December 26th & 27th, returns and exchanges will not be processed on these days.
