标题: 请问住在DORVAL及附近的前辈
能否介绍一下那里的情况，比如交通，购物，语言，住宿，去 montreal 开车或公共交通如何走，有没有 motel 可以推荐一下，谢谢了

DORVAL位于蒙特利尔西岛，在国际机场附近，有公车和通勤铁路经过，交通很方便；开车可走20号和40号到DOWNTOWN。英法双语，说英语的人较多一些，西岛附近有不少大型的SHOPPING MALL，但华人店不多。

It is said that Dorval is a good city. It is located in west island but very close to downtown, about 15 min drive. There is highway, bus and train that you can use. It is English area. Very nice area for the family to live and kids to grow. Shopping is not problem. For driving, you can take Highway 20, or you can bus 211 to go downtown.  For motel, about $50-80 per night.
