It is different from previous years. This year, there is no ticket in the library. The coupon is on your local newspapers. Check your local newspapers.- {6 t( F% f( v- B$ _8 z& }0 s

I am living in NDG, and we got local free newspaper "Chronicle" delivered together with those fliers from Provigo, Super-C and Metro, etc. You can find coupon from both issues (last week and this week) of "Chronicle".
