我2003年短登一周后回国，2004年来加定居，当时没报税。现在看税表发现时间好像是要从2003年算起，我现在应该怎么办呢？是不是要补报2003年的税呢？

If you lived more than 181 days then you should report your income tax.
If you do not then you are considered non-tax resident of Canada. You do not need report your income tax, but you should have a good reason why you did not live in Canada less 181 days.

谢谢了。还有个问题，从哪里可以拿报税的信封呢？我要报安省的税，不是魁省的。
