i don't think 'take off' is a good expression. put it more simply, you just ask? when do u leave your office? or when do u get off duty?

关于第一句，我不知道是否可以说“ready material"，事实上我想说的是“型材”，金山词霸上没找到。费了些口舌同事还是没听懂，只好用图纸配合现场的材料结合起来表达。
