One of my friends from Congo landed in Canada for over 10 years.
Fluent in English , can understand French, very gentle.
   He is a superintendent of two luxury buildings in a English commuinty.  The job position is very stable and the salary is not bad. He has a apartment ( two bedrooms) in the luxury buildings.
   The potential parnter could have been married with children and she will get a job soon with high possibility.
