I really feel sorry to hear about it again. I have the same miserable experience as you. I called 911 and they just record it and cannot do anything else. Thanks for all your tips. I called 911 and a policeman came. Like you all know, the police did not care about the traces of the thief(s) at all. I remember in China the police at least pretend to take some samples (e.g. finger print). Anyway, I just recover from this misfortune. i Y+ s7 _8 T* @Could you tell me what I should pay attention to when making a claim to the insurance company? I heard that cash is not covered. If I don't have bill for sth that is stolen (e.g., clothes or stuff bought in China), how can I provide evidence to the insurance company? I have some special coins (e.g., canadian 50c) that are stolen. How will the insurance company estimate the value of these rare coins? Thanks.
