if both of you are now in Canada. you need not to get your formal divorce certificate. if you want to get married later then you MAY need a divorce prove, on thing though is that there are about 60% Quebecors they have common law relationship no marriage certification is required and the gouvernment considers this relation as formal one.6 C) g1 d6 @+ O6 v
