Some company sell the cellphone in a low price ( like rogers,fido),
but they set limitation with those cellphone that only work with thier company
SIM card, for example NOKIA 3595 once sole by rogers only $29.00(2003 Boxing day),
but the cellphone can recognize only rogers's SIM card,they can not work with Fido
or other Cellphone SIM card.
So You might make them work with any other company's SIM card by removing the
