You may find some free templates from internet, most of them are not very feature-loaded, lack of functionalities, but if you only need user-friendly interface for your own personal web site, they should be good enough. Otherwise, give yourself some chance to create your own by using open source, it may take times, but it is worthy.

After visiting your sites, I am not sure what is the purpose/point of those sites, are they e-commerce, portal, or simply personal site. It is a bit risk to put amount of different info to a site because visitor may lose interest to do futher surfing. The key of a site is site's usability.
