If it is creamy pieces - could be end of batch, separation of milk and cream not processed "well". If smell OK, just shake the milk and drink. .
In the old old days, milk were delivered already "layered", i.e. milk at bottom, cream on top. (Milk = milk + cream) With today's technology, it seldom happens. Anyway, I am not a specialist and in case u are still not comfortable/curious - call the company and ask. Something happened to my cream once, I found 1-800-phone# on a different product by the same company, called, they sent me replacement coupon. 您能再给说说吗?面活好,要放多久?以前买了baker powder,本来想做蛋糕的,也没做好,蒸馒头是不是可以用上?那就太好了。作者: gameman 时间: 2005-11-14 08:49 标题: 我今天碰到了类似的问题 不过是在加热完牛奶后,象豆腐脑一样。可是冰箱里的一点问题都没有,只是觉得比平常要浓稠。大家碰到过类似的事吗?作者: julieth 时间: 2005-11-14 13:02 标题: 牛奶结块说明变质了 牛奶结块说明变质了,蛋白质变性凝固了,即使在保质期内,也是由于种种原因坏了,赶快扔掉。有时候冰的还看不出来(爱喝冰牛奶或冷牛奶的人就比较危险),一热就“象豆腐脑一样”,就是坏了,即使没有味道,也要扔掉!!牛奶变质是最喝不得的食品之一了,不要因为舍不得不扔,吃坏了看病就更舍不得了。
