I think it is covered by the medical card for the youger kid once a year. I don't know the maximum age. But my son is 5 years old. It was free when he did it last month. I remembered we paid last year for his teeth washing. But I did it for every half year. Since his teeth were fixed several times in last year, it was more than one year after his teeth were washed.
