Do not go for just any layer. If you are in Que, it is required, that you 1) get Que gvmnt paper first, 2) get Canadian Foreign Affair dept to certify it, and 3)get Chinese Embassy to certify the certified Que paper. (the 2 and 3 can be done at the same day, if you go to Ottawa youself, when it is not holiday, and you have to be there really early in the day) This is the way I did . , K, h& n$ M1 Z4 o( e+ zAnther way is to get Chinese Emabssy RECOGNIZED layer/notory to do it, and then Que Notory/bar orgnization to certify it, and then go to the embassy.) z( q2 c. You have to have it finally stamped by Chinese embassy, otherwise the chinese local gvmnt will not take it. (in Beijing, it is Min Zheng Jiu, Shiwai Hunyi Office) I saw people there were rejected by the chinese officials becuase the layer/foreign gvmnt document were not stamped by the Embassy. No matter how you beg them, they do not care how you fly there, and you will have to go next day.... No and No.. Your sweet heart will not like to see this.& K- _ Q* B, d$ v
