我一直都在喝“更娇丽”减肥茶,这是香港的牌子,已经卖了很多年,不知加拿大有没有卖(我还在国内,准备将来好好带它个几罐)。不过我喝的量比它要求的要少,但一样有用。9 U1 a) y" t. j% y# t! @0 N. o

另外,我虽然不节食,但很注意饮食结构。尽量多吃蔬菜水果,而且蔬菜以水煮凉拌为主,尽量不要用油炒。其实实质就是少吃油。肉类吃一定量,淀粉也要吃一点,这是我弟弟的理论,他学过临床医学,认为如果不吃淀粉,人容易饥饿,就会吃下更多的肉类,但其实肉类不顶饱,所以反而更容易发胖。实践下来觉得有道理。但都不能过多。最好不要吃油炸食品,如果吃炸鸡腿之类的东西要把外面的面粉剥掉,这样顺便也把鸡皮剥掉了,要知道禽类的肉虽好,但就是皮不好。晚上吃过晚饭后就不再吃任何东西,实在饿了的话就吃点黄瓜番茄,决不吃含糖淀粉之类的东西,即使如苹果。平时不喝含糖饮料如可乐之类,最好喝果汁,不加糖的。牛奶最好喝脱脂的,但因为我痛恨脱脂牛奶的牛臊气,所以还是一直喝全脂的。 $ F3 {% V! p! n% S) p5 q9 o ' T3 `; t- V" f: m' z/ j7 N除饮食外,还应有一定的锻炼量,在书上看到过每天应至少有半小时的运动,以微出汗为宜。我现在上班的路程步行为40分钟,所以我就决定上下班如果不下雨就步行,而且走得比较快。(有人说走路腿会越走越细,而跑步则会越来越粗。); c' |$ M& m- g7 Y3 F.
