Normally there's no problem even though the photo might be not good enough, but the studio can't say that they are not responsible. My daughter's passport photo is bad ( with my arm on it), but it was accepted. It cost me more than $13. / B$ {" k! C9 ^$ C2 L- {# P/ W! p9 U
