但是我知道大概的数额，可不可以先报上，然后注明说我把表格搞丢了呢？？

ask another copy of t4e from your school or who ever sent t4e to you. also the deadline is May 2nd, you have one day to ask for a new copy, tell the people in office, it's deadline, so they will give you right way. good luck.

I talked about it in another category of this forum. I am afraid the time is not enough for another form. I doubt the beaucratic system of the governent. Anyway he/she can try it anyway.

不是学校给的，是政府助学金的那个t4表，标明我从助学金那得到的income
我想大概是来不及了
如果我晚报几天，会有问题吗……？

No problem as I can see. Just do what I have suggested. BTW, if you don't have much income from work last year, then the form for bursary doesn't matter. It means either you can't get some refund from the government or you don't need to pay anything to the government.
If you study the form, you can get this conclusion. Anyone has any objection? I would like to hear of it.

don't worry,I lost the income T4 form of 2004. I went to the canada revenue.The officer gave me a document and told me to find a volunteer I did my tax refund as he said.So you can go to the revenue to ask for help. Good luck

谢谢大家关心，laborer，我按你说的做了，我没有报，不过旁边煮明了我会重新要一张表格再发给他t1 ajustment。
我收入很低，除了bursary就没什么别的了，反正没有要交税的也没有要退的

bursary不用报啊，因为今年的L&B 都发的是loan，不算收入
