400加元求人帮忙调查2月16日早晨8点20左右经过Le caron and Drake 交叉口的扫雪车！详情如下！那天早晨扫雪车给我车挂了，好心的邻居看到了，报了警，警察给我写了一个报告，我通知保险公司（ING)，保险公司来人给我车拍照，决定配我544.66元（我是单保），我就去修车了，结果，一直到一个月前还没给我钱，我就去问，他说，报告里面没有扫雪车司机的信息，车牌号也没有，不能赔，我当场晕倒（夸张），他当初还传真给我估的价钱，说可以修了，问他为什么，他说以为报告里有这些信息都有，结果没有……我很气愤，所以，我决定找人求助，我可以出车，提供交通方便，希望有能力，或者有门路的人能帮帮小弟，他们起伏人太过分了！我手机514-8877688。

如果是扫雪车的保险公司，怎么会没有对方车的信息

not sure if it can help, just some suggestions:

1. go to CA (club automobile), perhaps they have the experience and the solution

2. if sb. has called the police at place, there should be the document about the information in police station.

3. go to Ville de Montréal, since they hire the snow remove driver, they should register the information too.
