The Old Port Celebrations 2005!

Celebrate summer's official start with two days of festivities and new discoveries for the whole family : open house for boats, craft workshops, shows,
activities, door prizes, and lots of surprises. Join the fun!

Dates : May 14 & 15, 2005

Schedule : From 12 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Location : Bonsecours Island and Place des Vestiges

Rates : Free

Other activities at the old port.
From 10am to noon:

Visit the cruise ships "Bateau-Mouche", "Cavalier Maxim".

From noon to 5pm:

Half price(2 for 1) on some recreational activities, ex. Seway
- Amphi-bus, which travels from land to St. Lawrence river, then back to land.
- Pedal boat
- Quadricycle
At Place des Vestiges, which is next to the train track and near Jacques Cartier pier:
- A band "Quizz" in songs and dance.
- Salsafolie club gives workshops and demonstrations of Latin dancing.
On Bonsecour Isalnd, which is next Jacques Cartier pier:
- Make-up for parents and children.
- Circus arts and dance and blues.
- Pedal-powered merry-go-round.
- On the "Children's festival" stage - shows, clowns, multicultural activities.
