用"over qualified" 拒绝应聘者，好像听起来让人好受一点，你说呢？

绝对是借口了。老外老搞这一套，虚伪的很。你要是把条件降低，只会自讨没趣，结果是一样的。这也是经历，而且是老板亲口说是找不到其他理由了，最polite way! 真正理由是他不喜欢中东人！作者: mikewu69 时间: 2005-5-25 17:45 标题: Well, Canada is a second world country. People are very conservative, especially Human Resource people. HR people are busy protecting their own race interests. They are really afraid of new immigrants.
On the other hand, no matter how hard you (new immigrants) try, there are not enough job opportunites you want. In this case, not a race discrimination problem.
